HEALTH OF THE CHILDREN

We give God glory who has kept our children alive and healthy in the month of July and August, a part from minor flu on a few children compared to last months were many had malaria. Except Shakur who have been on ARVS treatment, who weakened and was rushed to Kibuku Hospital where he was transferred to Mbale regional Hospital and later referred to Mild May in Kampala for proper management. By 23rd of August Shakur had somehow improved and was discharged. However at the end of August Shakur got Tyhiod and had continued diarrhea that caused for medical attention in Jinja children’s hospital. He is going well now and is being fostered by a family in Jinja while he recovers from his illnesses.
EDUCATION
We are so grateful to our sponsors who have supported our children throughout the term that school fees and requirement are provided in time which has made our children settle in the class. We also thank our visitors from Hope Grafted in Ministry – USA who came on 27th- 28th of July 2016 they blessed us with books, pens, and crayon pencils. They also distributed to teenage girls sanitary pads, may God bless them.

In the month of August, we have been able to do end of term exams and our children got there holidays on 26th of august 2016, and will return on the 19th of September for the third term.
FEEDING
Our children have undergone very good feeding of balanced diet of addition of eggplants, groundnuts past, greens and plenty of fruits; watermelon, pineapples, ripe bananas, like in the meal intervals and the porridge feeding of children 8 years and below at 4 pm every day.
This has boosted children`s health and we thank God who has provided through our sponsors may God bless them abundantly.
In the month of August however, we did not receive this fund and the children kept asking for fruits however we are trusting for provision.
VISITORS
We thank God for our visitors from USA on 27th-28th July2016, they blessed us with many items; food, fruits, clothes, shoes, infant milk, medicines. They also spent precious time with our children, many of
children had to interact with their sponsors like Bashir, Jovia, and Gabriel among others, which was so encouraging, they had many games fun and songs this made them so happy.
Aunt Cindy who was on the visiting team also visited Kibuku Health Centre IV and they were able to supply clothes of about 50 newly born babies in this month.

Update on Pastor and his family
My health has not been good for the whole month but have continued to believe God for healing both I and my wife got in stress when Shakur was sick to almost death point besides the car catching fire but we have managed to stand and will shall PRESS on until we achieve what the Lord has for our family.
Current Financial Needs
- We hope the construction of the temporal church will contribute to increased space as a result of increased number of believers who have massively responded due to greater commissions undertaken. This will be coupled with the initiatives of church programs like youth children women which will enhance on the behaviors change, increased motivation to prayers among others. We have begun the structure with gifts to date of $1000 from Hope Grafted In and $300 from Man Up. The balance needed for completion of the structure is estimated to $2700. See more detailed info on why we need this project here.
- Transport is our greatest need, as our core program is dealing with the children who may any time fall sick, and need to quickly be rushed to the hospital then vehicle is necessary, also for easy monitoring of these programs of the school, church and the children it worth noting that a vehicle is needed. Addition to the above, our shopping and Banks are as far as Mbale which about 30 to 40 minutes drive to have a transaction. A reliable vehicle will cost $5000 and we have raised $1300 so far.
Give to Ebenezer’s Needs. Thank you!
